Complaints book

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, this institution has a complaints book at its disposal.

1. Identification of the complaining consumer

2. Identification of the contracted asset

3. Detail of the Consumer's Claim and Order

* Claim: Disagreement related to projects or services.

* Complaint: Disagreement not related to projects or services; or, discomfort or dissatisfaction with the attention to the public.

4. Observations and actions taken by the supplier

Response communication date: Saturday, October 22nd, 2022

Description: Being a virtual claim, your case will be referred to the customer service area, in order to respond within the legally established period.

5. I authorize notification of the result of the claim to the consigned mail
